Right to cancel / cooling off period
You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days without having to give a reason.
The “cooling off period” is fourteen working days. It starts on the day you or a third person named by you and is not the carrier, received the goods.
To carry out your right to cancel, you need to inform us (LA SIESTA GmbH, Im Wiesenweg 4, 55270 Jugenheim, email@example.com, Telephone: +49 (0)6130 9119-19, Fax: +49 (0)6130 9119-10) in writing (letter, fax or email) about your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the cancellation form enclosed, which is not compulsory.
To comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to message your intention to cancel the contract within the cancellation period.
If you cancel this purchase we are obliged to refund all payments that we received from you including delivery cost (but not additional costs that occurred due to you choosing a different delivery method than our proposed cheapest standard delivery). The refund has to be done immediately and latest within fourteen days from the day that we’ve received your message about the cancelled purchase. We will use the same method of payment for the refund that was used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not be charged any refund fees. We can decline the refund until we have received the returned goods or until we’ve received evidence that you’ve returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You are obliged to return the goods immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date you informed us about the cancellation of the purchase. To comply with that deadline, the returned goods have to be sent within that period. You are responsible for the return delivery costs of the goods. You are responsible for a value loss of the goods only, if this occurs due to a use of the goods which exceeds normal handling of the goods to observe their nature, properties and function.
